I just read an article that quoted a survey by OfficeTeam, a temporary staffing firm for administrative professionals.
71% of executives favor e-mail communications. In-person talks rated 14% and the telephone rated only 13%. Funny that only 5 years ago, the phone was used by 48% of executives.

But…the article reminds us that the message should match the medium. Choose your method wisely! Make sure your communication is effective.
